Conference Overview

The 2026 IEEE 8th International Conference on Power, Intelligent Computing and Systems (ICPICS 2026) will be held in Shenyang, China, during August 29–31, 2026, with offline participation open. Paper Publication

Papers submitted to 2026 IEEE 8th International Conference on Power, Intelligent Computing and Systems (ICPICS 2026) will undergo strict review by 2-3 experts from the Organizing Committee. Finally accepted papers will be published by IEEE Conference Publishing Services（ISBN：979-8-3503-4361-8） and included in IEEE Xplore. After publication, the journal publisher will submit the papers to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Paper Formatting

General Guidelines: Papers must be written in English. Maximum length: 8 pages (including references, figures, and tables). Use the conference template for formatting. All text should be double-spaced. Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides. Font: Times New Roman, 12-point.

Structure: Title (bold, 14-point font, centered), Authors' names and affiliations (12-point font, centered), Corresponding author's email address (12-point font, centered), Abstract (250-300 words, single-spaced), Keywords (3-5 keywords, separated by commas), Main text (sections with headings), References, Figures and tables (each on a separate page, with captions)
