- To build a global peer-reviewed academic forum for artists, designers and scholars to discuss, share and disseminate frontier theories and practical achievements covering worldwide art and design research.
- To facilitate cross-border academic communication and interdisciplinary exchange among global practitioners in diverse art and design fields, promoting cross-cultural artistic cooperation.
- To carry out rigorous and expedited peer review for all submitted manuscripts in strict accordance with the journal’s standardized quality criteria.
