  • To build an international peer-reviewed academic platform for scholars and practitioners to exchange research findings and discuss frontier issues covering global history and culture studies.
  • To facilitate cross-border academic communication and interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers focusing on historical studies, cultural heritage and comparative cultural research worldwide.
  • To implement rigorous and expedited peer review procedures in strict compliance with unified journal quality standards for all submitted manuscripts.
  • To promote in-depth exploration of historical and cultural phenomena, support the preservation of cultural heritage and advance innovative research on global historical and cultural development trends.
