- To facilitate cross-border academic communication and interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers focusing on humanistic theory, cultural criticism and comparative cultural research globally.
- To implement rigorous and expedited peer review procedures in strict compliance with unified journal quality standards for all submitted manuscripts.
- To promote in-depth exploration of humanistic and cultural phenomena, support the inheritance and innovation of cultural heritage, and advance theoretical development and practical application of global humanities and cultural studies.
